Job summary

Unknown Estimator role in Caerphilly requiring experience in estimating, site surveys and value-engineering. The successful candidate will take off drawings, negotiate with customers, and liaise closely with purchasing to keep prices current. Qualifications

• Previous experience of Estimating.
• Ideal candidate will have experience with large contractors.
• Experience of construction processes (instructions, variations, mobilisation costs, retentions).
• Ability to take off drawings.
• Experience of working within a team to ensure a full handover from Sales to Contracts.
• Ability to carry out costing reviews upon completion of a job.
