We are seeking a Building Estimator to join our team based out of Lympne, Kent.

The role includes:

• Analyzing tender documentation and capturing client requirements.
• Producing accurate BOQ for pricing, reflecting client needs, based on knowledge of CESSM 3, Highways Method of Measurement, or SMM7.
• Costing traditional and design-build contracts.
• Preparing material and sub-contractor enquiry documents.
• Conducting site visits, assimilating information, and incorporating findings into tender pricing.
• Assessing rates and prices, creating new or inserting from quotes.
• Preparing competitive commercial submissions for review and approval.
• Applying knowledge of NEC3 and JCT Conditions, HSQE legislation, and construction techniques.
• Participating in pre and post tender meetings.
• Understanding building materials and equipment requirements.

You will have:

• At least 3 years of estimating experience.
• Experience in commercial/industrial projects.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
