A leading company in construction seeks an Estimator to oversee tender preparation and management. The candidate will ensure accurate cost estimates for projects ranging from GBP1,000 to GBP1.5M. Ideal applicants will have knowledge of UK fit-out construction and estimating experience. This is an office-based role located in Downham Market with an immediate start for the right candidate.

Location: Office-based in Downham Market
Salary - GBP30,000 to GBP50,000 plus Package

About the Role

The role focuses solely on preparing and managing tenders from concept through to submission. You will be responsible for delivering accurate, competitive, and timely cost estimates across multiple fitout projects. The company works for major well known clients. Estimates anywhere from GBP1000 to GBP1.5M. The company also deal with temporary structures for the likes of Royal Mail.

Current company turbover between GBP8M and GBP10M. Peaked at GBP16M. They strive to work on profitable works with repeat clients.
