Qualifications

• Experience estimating for civil engineering or groundworks.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and pricing.
• Proficient in estimating software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate tender cost estimates for JCT and NEC groundworks packages.
• Analyse tender documents, drawings and specs to define scope.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations and cost data.
• Collaborate with project managers to reflect delivery methods in estimates.
• Attend pre- and post-tender meetings and maintain estimating tools.
