Job summary

Aldwych Consulting is seeking an experienced Estimator for a civil engineering contractor in Tamworth. The role covers tendering from initial enquiry to handover, offering exposure to varied civils projects and close collaboration with clients and suppliers.

You will prepare competitive tenders, produce take-offs and cost estimates, and identify commercial risks and cost savings while supporting projects from tender to delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong estimating experience within civils or construction.
• Good knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts.
• Experience producing tender submissions and method statements.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• A relevant HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
