Job summary

Aldwych Consulting is recruiting an Estimator for civil engineering projects in Tamworth. You will manage tenders from initial enquiry through to submission and handover, producing take-offs, budgets and cost estimates.

Ideal candidates have strong estimating experience in civils, familiarity with NEC/JCT contracts, and a solid understanding of commercial risk and pricing methodologies. You will support bids from tender to delivery and liaise with clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Strong estimating experience within civils or construction.
• Good knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts.
• Experience producing tender submissions and method statements.
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
