Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our client’s team in the structural steel and fabrication sector. You will produce accurate quotations, review drawings and tender documents, and ensure tenders are competitive and profitable.

You will calculate material, labour and subcontract costs, liaise with suppliers, and work with production and project management to minimise risk and capture value engineering opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Estimator in structural steel, fabrication or engineering.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using estimating software is advantageous.

About the Role
