Junior Estimator - Contract Role (Utilities Sector)

About the Role

As a Junior Estimator, you'll work closely with senior estimators and project managers to develop accurate cost estimates for utility projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and contribute to essential infrastructure work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing cost estimates and tender submissions
  • Analyse project drawings, specifications, and other documentation
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing
  • Support the development of bills of quantities and cost breakdowns
  • Maintain and update estimating databases and tools
  • Participate in project meetings and reviews
What We're Looking For
  • Some experience or academic background in estimating, quantity surveying, or construction
