Job summary

Vita Recruitment is seeking an experienced Estimator to join a well-established main contractor in an office-based role, working five days a week. You will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, reviewing drawings, and analysing tender docs to support competitive bids.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
• Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
• Obtain and analyse subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Identify project risks, potential savings and commercial opportunities.
• Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers throughout the tender process.
