Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Roofing & Cladding Estimator for its Huntingdon-based office. The role focuses on detailed take-offs, tender submissions, and liaising with clients and suppliers across roofing and cladding projects.

You will review drawings and documents, prepare cost estimates, and coordinate with design and commercial teams to secure successful bids. A strong background in roofing, cladding or façades and driving license are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Estimator in roofing or related construction
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings
• Experience preparing detailed tenders and cost estimates
• Strong commercial awareness with attention to detail
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and estimating software
• Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Roofing & Cladding Estimator to join their team based at their Huntingdon office. This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator with a strong background in roofing, cladding, façades or the wider building envelope sector to join an established and highly regarded business.
