Reynco Ltd, a growing contractor in roofing and façade sectors, seeks an experienced Estimator to price refurbishment and remediation projects from enquiry to tender within an expanding division.
The role is based in Yorkshire with hybrid working; you’ll collaborate with estimating and pre-construction teams, handling diverse façade systems including aluminium, brick slips, render and scaffolding packages, plus high‑risk buildings under Building Safety Regulator.
We're hiring for an experienced Estimator in Roofing or Facades to join a very exciting contractor. The business has experienced significant growth within its roofing & façade division and now has an exceptional pipeline of refurbishment and remediation projects. This appointment will add further estimating capability to an established team and support the next phase of growth.
This is a particularly attractive opportunity for an experienced roofing or façade professional who wants to join a progressive contractor where the division is growing, project values are increasing and there is genuine investment behind the building envelope offering.
Yorkshire - Hybrid Working
Negotiable Salary + Company Car/Allowance + Benefits
Our client is an established specialist contractor operating across the roofing, façade and wider building envelope sectors.
Over recent years, the business has developed a significant façade operation specialising in technically demanding refurbishment and remediation projects across the UK. The division continues to grow through a combination of repeat business, strong client relationships and an increasing pipeline of larger roofing & façade schemes.
Working alongside an established estimating and pre-construction team, you'll take responsibility for pricing roofing or façade refurbishment and remediation projects from initial enquiry through to tender submission.
The schemes are varied and technically interesting, incorporating different façade systems and materials including aluminium systems, cladding, brick slips, render, fire barriers and associated access and scaffolding packages.
A significant proportion of the work is within refurbishment and fire remediation, including higher-risk buildings and projects progressing through current Building Safety Regulator and Gateway requirements.
You’ll work closely with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, project managers and the wider commercial team to develop accurate and commercially competitive tenders.
We're looking for someone with an established estimating background who can join the business and contribute relatively quickly.
Ideally, you'll already have strong experience within façades, cladding or the wider building envelope sector.
You should be able to demonstrate strong construction estimating experience, commercial awareness and the ability to interpret technical project information and develop accurate tender submissions.
Experience of refurbishment, fire remediation, higher-risk buildings or projects involving the Building Safety Regulator and Gateway process would be particularly valuable.
While direct façade estimating experience is preferred, we're also interested in speaking with established estimators from related roofing, glazing, curtain walling or building envelope backgrounds who have credible façade knowledge and could transition effectively into the position.
This isn't intended as a junior or trainee appointment. We're looking for someone who already understands estimating and can bring useful technical and commercial experience into the team.
The growth trajectory of the roofing and façade division makes this a particularly interesting time to join.
You’ll join an established estimating function rather than having to build processes from scratch, while still having plenty of opportunity to influence how the division develops.
The company also benefits from a strong base of repeat customers, meaning the estimating function is focused on building long-term client relationships rather than continually chasing transactional opportunities.
Hybrid working is available, typically requiring two to three days per week within the Yorkshire office alongside travel to projects when required. Candidates living further afield will also be considered where the working arrangement remains practical.
A company car or car allowance and wider benefits package are available, with salary negotiable depending on the experience and technical knowledge you bring to the position.
