What You’ll Be Doing

• Taking full control of the end-to-end bid lifecycle—from enquiry to contract award
• Producing compelling, winning tenders backed by robust cost models
• Leading client engagement, negotiations, and commercial strategy
• Conducting site surveys and building solutions from the ground up
• Driving subcontractor strategy—sourcing, negotiating, and maximising value
• Owning mobilisation to ensure a seamless transition into operations
• Acting as the commercial backbone of new and renewing contracts
