We are looking to secure a top-tier Estimator—a commercially driven leader who knows how to win work, drive margin, and make things happen.

This isn’t a back-office estimating role. This is a front-line, business-critical position where your decisions directly influence growth, profitability, and long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Taking full control of the end-to-end bid lifecycle—from enquiry to contract award
• Producing compelling, winning tenders backed by robust cost models
• Leading client engagement, negotiations, and commercial strategy
• Conducting site surveys and building solutions from the ground up
• Driving subcontractor strategy—sourcing, negotiating, and maximising value
• Owning mobilisation to ensure a seamless transition into operations
• Acting as the commercial backbone of new and renewing contracts
