Experience

• 2+ years of estimating experience in the construction sector, particularly listed or heritage projects
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and cost structures
• Confident with Excel and estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Planswift, ConQuest)
• Ability to interpret architectural/structural drawings and specifications
• Detail-focused with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Commercially aware and proactive in identifying value engineering opportunities

Job Responsibilities
