The Role
As an Estimator, you will contribute to the success of our projects by preparing precise cost estimates and client-facing pricing proposals.

Specifically, you will review project plans and specifications, prepare accurate cost calculations, measure take-offs and work closely with both internal teams on multiple projects simultaneously.

You will work across our teams, supporting internally and building relationships externally, especially with the supply chain, enabling us to identify risk and opportunities and gaining cost advantage where possible.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role with a façade background.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills, with proficiency in construction estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Excel, LogiKal, SchuCal+).
- The ability to review project plans, specifications, and measure take-offs for multiple projects simultaneously.
- A natural relationship builder who can communicate effectively with internal teams, supply chains, and clients.
- Someone who thrives on detail and has the integrity to deliver accurate and compliant estimates.
