Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited in Antrim is seeking an Estimator with construction industry experience to join a fast-paced fit-out contractor. You will prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for commercial fit-out projects, reviewing drawings, specs and tender documents while coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors.

Based in Antrim, you may travel to sites as required; a full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.
• Fit-out experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Candidates from main contracting, M&E, joinery, interiors or general construction encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for commercial fit-out projects.
