Job summary

The Highfield Company is representing a premier steel fabrication business in Edinburgh seeking an Estimating Manager. You will lead the estimating division, implement robust processes, and own pricing for large-scale infrastructure and structural steel packages.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will work with Tier 1 contractors, drive tenders, and mentor junior estimators. The role offers on-site work with potential hybrid flexibility and long-term career progression.

SALARY: Up to £80,000

Working arrangement is primarily on-site, with hybrid working potentially available for the right candidate - a set-up that would need to work for both you and the client, so this is one to discuss directly rather than assume.
