Our Med Spa Client is seeking a dynamic, client-facing Assistant Patient Coordinator with a strong background in sales and marketing. This role is ideal for a proactive, tactful, and relationship-driven professional who thrives in a high-energy, patient-centric environment. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional patient experiences, building long-term partnerships, and driving clinic growth.

Responsibilities

1. Educate patients on services and develop personalized treatment plans to help them look, feel, and be their best
2. Conduct consultations and sell the value of services with confidence and integrity
3. Maintain and grow patient relationships through follow-ups and ongoing communication
4. Attend community events, trade shows, and outbound marketing efforts
5. Manage daily clinic operations including scheduling, sales, inventory, and client retention
6. Foster a positive clinic culture and motivate team members for peak performance
7. Perform and assist with aesthetic treatments such as Laser Hair Removal, SilkPeels, Ultherapy, Chemical Peels, Fotofacials, and Fractional Laser Treatments
8. Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and collaborate with the Medical Director and VP of Medical Operations
9. Educate patients on product lines and services to enhance outcomes
10. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely payment processing

Qualifications

1. 3+ years of sales experience (B2C preferred)
2. Proven ability to build lasting patient relationships and exceed revenue targets
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
4. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable
5. Management experience in aesthetics, wellness, med spa, plastic surgery, or related fields preferred
