A typical day in the life of a Spa Manager:

Oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring a seamless and relaxing experience for all guests. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of skilled therapists and support staff. Develop and implement strategies to increase spa revenue and client satisfaction. Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, and more, tailored to meet guests' individual needs when required. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service. Manage inventory, budgets, and scheduling to ensure efficient spa operations. Create a positive and collaborative work environment promoting professional growth and development.

What we are looking for:

• NVQ Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent
• KPI driven and results-focused
• Dynamic interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident speaking to clients face-to-face, over the phone, and via email
• Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service
• Flexible and proactive in managing multiple priorities
• Ability to make decisions, solve problems, and take appropriate action
• Experience managing a team and strong people development skills
• Ability to establish rapport, build trust, and demonstrate credibility
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Desirable: Knowledge of ELEMIS products and treatments.
