Site based, commutable from Plymouth, Saltash, Southway, Ivybridge, Tavistock and surrounding areas.

Do you have excellent practical skills with general DIY, and want to utilise this skillset working as part of a close knit team where you can get on-the job training in all aspects of estates maintenance, with the ability to continue your progression in future?

The role is varied and hands-on, with responsibility for everything from minor repairs and planned maintenance through to managing contractors, carrying out site inspections and ensuring the premises are safe, secure and well maintained.
