An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Estates Operative/Technician to ensure the maintenance of properties and grounds. This role requires a trade qualification and experience in building maintenance, including joinery, plumbing, and electrics. You will work collaboratively with management to uphold safety and compliance standards while responding to maintenance requests. About The Role
Do you have a trade qualification or background within a building or property maintenance setting?
Position: Estates Operative/Technician
Location: You will primarily work at our services based in Newcastle. However, you will also be required to travel to other services within the region.
Hours: 40 hours per week, between the hours of 8.00am to 5.00pm, flexibility available on start and finish times.
Transport: You will require use of your own vehicle and mileage will be paid at 45p per mile.
Tools and equipment: Supplied by the Company.

About You:
To be successful in the role of Estates Operative/Technician, it is desirable to hold a relevant trade qualification and be able to demonstrate competence in one or more of the following trades: joinery, decoration, plumbing, electrics, or proven experience and ability in a similar building maintenance role.
