About the role

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and competent individual to work as part of a busy Estates team who are responsible for operating anumber of campuses across the North East region

Role Responsibilities

  • Opening and securing sites
  • Carrying out basic repairs
  • Completion of planned preventative maintenance schedules
  • Setting up furniture as and when required
  • Removal of litter and waste daily
  • Supervision of contractors and visitors

Qualifications

  • A valid driving licence
  • Use of hand tools
  • Working at height
  • First aid at work
  • Basic experience of trade work (plumbing/joinery/painting/electrical isolation)
