Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Surveyor
• Experience in estate management
• Strong negotiation and valuation skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of assets (250+ assets).
• Undertake lease negotiations, rent reviews, valuations and property marketing.
• Support the delivery of the Council's Strategic Asset Management Plan.
• Hybrid working pattern with minimum two days on site or in the office per week.
