Job summary

JobsTrackR in Bournemouth invites applications for a temporary Estates Surveyor to lead the Estates Workstream on a live project. The role requires delivering professional advice with strong knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Law and Acquisition Law.

The successful candidate will oversee the delivery alongside Commercial Land Agents and Legal Support, review detailed terms, and ensure robust sign-offs in line with project objectives. PAYE rate £24.99 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Estates Surveyor or similar role.
• Ability to provide professional advice on property law.
• Knowledge of Flood Risk Management Law is a plus.
• Experience handling Heads of Terms and agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Estates Workstream for the project.

Estates Surveyor needed in Bournemouth

This is a temporary role and the rate is £24.99ph PAYE

The successful candidate will act as the Estates Workstream lead for a project, supporting an Estates team such that they can have full confidence in signing off all documents as required. The role will require the individual to be able to offer sound professional advice with good knowledge of Landlord and Tennant Law and Acquisition Law. Knowledge of Flood Risk Management Law would be beneficial but is not essential.

The project already has Commercial Land Agents appointed to deliver the work, as well as Legal Support. The role is required to have oversight of the delivery of this workstream and the consultants appointed., including the offering of sound professional advice and reviewing of detailed Heads of Terms and Agreements to ensure that the interests are served through delivery of the scheme with key stakeholders.
