Estates Supervisor

Permanent | 37.5 hours per week, all year round | Hours variable as per rota
Salary: £30,914 FTE

Cheadle Hulme School is seeking an organised and dedicated Estates Supervisor to join our busy Estates team. Reporting to the Head of Estates, you will take responsibility for overseeing the Estates team, ensuring the school premises are well maintained to a high standard. The role also includes the management of the estates helpdesk, coordinating statutory compliance documentation, and organising and overseeing contractor activity.

We are looking for someone who has experience working within an estates, facilities or maintenance environment and familiarity with compliance requirements. Previous experience of managing a team is advantageous.

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week year‑round, variable and requiring mutual flexibility. Shifts predominantly 12pm‑8pm Monday‑Friday, with occasional weekend and morning shifts.
