Job summary

New Gorbals Housing Association Limited is seeking two hard-working individuals to deliver Estate Services Operation on the ground at our Gorbals developments. You will handle bulk and litter collections, street and communal area cleansing, bin area management and other practical estate services.

You will work as part of a team, with a commitment to safe working practices, plan and organise your daily workload, and communicate effectively to support the Association's objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct operation of general estate duties: bulk, litter collections, street and communal area cleansing, bin area management.
• Ability to plan, organise and deliver daily workload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Estate Services on the ground across NGHA developments.
• Ensure safe working practices are followed at all times.
• Work as part of a team to maintain landscaping and estates standards.

Skills

Driving licence with B+E entitlement

Job description

We are looking for two hard-working individuals who will deliver Estate Services Operation on the ground.

You will have relevant experience in the direct operation of general duties which covers bulk, litter collections, street and communal - area cleansing, bin area management and other practical estate services across NGHA developments

You will be committed to ensuring the delivery of safe working practices and be able to plan, organise and deliver your daily workload effectively.

We are looking for a team player who can work flexibly and contribute positively towards the continuous improvement of our Landscaping and Estates Services. Holding a valid driving licence with B+E entitlement (Trailer Licence) would be required for this position.

Overall, you will have sound communication skills and be able to demonstrate a positive approach and commitment to delivery of the Association's key objectives

Rate of Pay: £14.87 per hour
