Job summary

• Experience in estates services or similar operational environment.
• Supervisory experience of frontline teams.
• Knowledge of service delivery, quality assurance and inspection processes.
• Understanding of health and safety legislation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational leadership across estate cleaning services.
• Line manage Estate Services Supervisors and support workforce development.
• Oversee quality assurance programmes, inspections, and service standards.
• Monitor performance, identify trends and implement service improvements.
• Act as main escalation point for operational issues and risks.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and COSHH requirements.
• Collaborate with housing teams, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Support delivery of cleaning services, window cleaning, void clearances and specialist estate services.
