Job summary

The Great Schools Trust is seeking an Estates Projects and Site Support Manager to oversee multiple academies across the North West. This role focuses on coordinating maintenance, refurbishment and improvement projects from planning to completion, while managing contractors, budgets and timelines.

You will also perform hands-on repairs, provide Site Manager cover when required, and ensure safety and compliance across sites. Travel across the North West with a full driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Solid health and safety knowledge.
• Clear communicator with ability to manage competing priorities.
