We are seeking to appoint an Estates Project Manager to oversee our capital investment plan and strategic maintenance across our schools in the North of England. Reporting to the Director of Estates, you will liaise with Heads, School Business Managers, and Facilities Managers to identify estates priorities and oversee the capital investment and major maintenance programmes, ensuring all works comply with DfE requirements.
The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, proactive, and adaptable to stakeholder needs. You should have a background in the built environment (consultancy or client side) with experience managing multiple estates projects in line with DfE standards. Experience working with education clients is highly desirable. Qualifications should include Chartered status or progress towards Chartership (e.g., RICS, CHPP, RIBA, or equivalent), though those qualified by experience will also be considered.
This role is home-based with regular travel to academies and occasional visits to the group's central offices in Peterborough.
