Job Title: Estates Project Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking an Estates Project Manager to oversee our capital investment plan and strategic maintenance across schools in the North of England. Reporting to the Director of Estates, you will liaise with school leadership and facilities teams to identify estate priorities and oversee capital investments and major maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with DfE requirements.

Candidate Profile:

• Customer-focused with a proactive approach
• Experience managing multiple estates projects, preferably in education
• Background in professional built environment (consultancy or client side)
• Chartered or on the Chartership pathway (e.g., RICS, CHPP, RIBA), or qualified by experience

Additional Details:

This role is home-based with regular travel to schools and occasional travel to our central offices in Peterborough.
