United Learning seeks an Estates Project Manager to lead capital investments and maintenance across schools in the North of England. This home-based role includes liaising with school teams to prioritize estate needs and ensuring compliance with standards. We are seeking an Estates Project Manager to oversee our capital investment plan and strategic maintenance across schools in the North of England. Reporting to the Director of Estates, you will liaise with school leadership and facilities teams to identify estate priorities and oversee capital investments and major maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with DfE requirements.
This role is home-based with regular travel to schools and occasional travel to our central offices in Peterborough.
