Job summary

The Howard Partnership Trust is seeking an proactive Estates Partner to oversee the operational performance, statutory compliance, maintenance and sustainability of our school estates across multiple sites in the region.

You will lead site teams, manage planned and reactive maintenance, coordinate inspections, and support capital and lifecycle projects. Regular travel between schools is required; a full driving licence is desirable.

Qualifications

• Significant estates, facilities, or building-services experience.
• IOSH Managing Safely is essential; NEBOSH is desirable.
• Full driving licence is desirable; willingness to travel between schools.
• Right to work in the UK and safeguarding obligations are in place.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance and statutory compliance across multiple school sites.
• Manage planned and reactive maintenance and contractor management.
• Support delivery of capital and lifecycle projects; use data to inform decisions.
• Ensure safety, warmth, and compliant estates to support teaching and learning.
