A well-established client is seeking a temporary Estates Operative to support their team. This role involves managing deliveries, performing general maintenance, and ensuring the cleanliness of the premises. Candidates must have an in-date enhanced DBS and will work on rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have an in-date enhanced DBS.
• Experience in grounds maintenance is advantageous.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing deliveries
2. Locking/unlocking premises and checking for issues
3. Reporting incidents to the duty staff
4. Undertaking regular cleaning and tidying of all areas
5. Reporting housekeeping problems to the Estates Supervisor
6. Completing planned estate maintenance (in-house checks) and updating records
7. Performing general grounds maintenance tasks

Shift work – one week of early shifts, followed by one week of late shifts.
