Job summary

We're looking for someone with specialist knowledge in electrical and mechanical engineering, who wants to make a genuine difference to our Estates Department at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. In this rewarding and entrusted position, you will need good IT skills, be responsible for assigning maintenance work and undertaking day-to-day operation of our Computer-Aided Facility Management system. The role is focussed on managing the in-house maintenance team & external contractors day to day maintenance, both PPM and reactive. You will be working with a huge range of colleagues, including clinical staff, to support them in delivering excellent patient care, so strong communication skills are essential.
