Boots UK in Nottingham is looking for an experienced Estates Manager to join their Estates Team. This role involves advising on property management across a large portfolio, ensuring compliance, and negotiating terms with landlords.

Based in our Nottingham support office, the Estates Team operates as a trusted property advisor to the business, often being the lynchpin between other key departments. We advise across a large, mature portfolio with significant opportunities to add and return value year-on-year whether through new or existing footprint. There's always a commercial opportunity to consider while balancing a mix of retail and pharmacy operations, locations, premium beauty brands and store configurations to ultimately deliver best value. We are now looking for an experienced Estates Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will have good all-round property experience, commercial acumen and a high level of drive to succeed.
