Job details

We are seeking an experienced Chartered Surveyor to work in a senior role within a small but active property team, responsible for a varied caseload, which includes high-value property investments.

We need someone with extensive experience and a good understanding of landlord and tenant law, particularly in relation to commercial property. They must be highly motivated, capable of thinking strategically and of working both independently and as part of a team.

An offer of employment is conditional upon having the right to work in the UK. Huntingdonshire District Council does not hold a Sponsorship Licence and is unable to provide a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) or take over sponsorship for any role.
