Job summary

Brainkind in Lancashire is seeking a Site Supervisor to maintain buildings, equipment and grounds to safety and cost-efficiency. You will lead the estates team and report to Estates Management, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.

The role requires IOSH Risk Management certification (or willingness to obtain within a year), a valid driving licence and minibus training where applicable. Full-time, 37.5 hours/week with a competitive package and benefits.

Qualifications

• IOSH Risk Management certification or commitment to obtain within 12 months.
• Valid driving licence to assist with site operations and transport.
• Miss/Mr candidate willing to complete minibus training if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan and implement internal and external maintenance schedules with minimal disruption.
• Implement a system for day-to-day repairs and oversee estates team activities.
• Ensure compliance with fire, safety, COSHH and other relevant regulations.
• Record information per Brainkind policies and participate in quality groups.
• Audit inspections and ensure cost-effective, safe operation of facilities.
• Coordinate with Contractors, staff and other departments to maintain services.
