Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking an Estates Maintenance Operative to join our Estates team at Slough & Langley College on a full-time basis, with travel to Windsor and Strodes campuses as required.

You will provide a high-quality maintenance service across buildings, grounds, equipment and learning environments, carrying out planned preventive maintenance and reactive repairs including carpentry, plumbing, painting, flooring and door repairs, while supporting projects and site safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and repairs across a range of trades.
• Ability to diagnose faults and implement practical solutions with due regard to safety.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with colleagues and students.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality maintenance across buildings, grounds, equipment and learning environments.
• Carry out planned preventive maintenance and reactive repairs (carpentry, plumbing, painting, flooring, doors).
• Support refurbishment projects and assist contractors on site; ensure safety and compliance.
