The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust seeks a highly experienced Head of Estates Integration to provide strategic leadership for estates integration, infrastructure readiness and transformation across the One New Hospital Programme in Norfolk and Waveney.

The role leads programme governance, stakeholder engagement and delivery readiness, shaping technical standards and transformation priorities for both Trusts within the regional group.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior Estates lead and technical authority for the programme, advising Directors and NHS stakeholders.
• Lead organisational transformation and service integration.
• Provide leadership and workforce management.
• Oversee financial, commercial and procurement activities.
• Develop and implement policy and service strategies.
• Engage stakeholders and manage requirements.
• Ensure programme delivery and operational readiness.
• Ensure technical assurance and compliance.
