Job summary

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust seeks a confident estates leader to drive high standards across a large and ambitious Trust. You will lead a ~25-strong multidisciplinary team across multiple sites, maintain strong governance, and oversee significant budgets with a focus on safety, compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Masters level education or equivalent with professional membership.
• Evidence of CPD and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary estate team of ~25 staff across multiple sites.
• Oversee substantial revenue budgets, cost control and value for money.
• Ensure compliance with Standing Financial Instructions and NHS guidance.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational and corporate teams to align estates with Trust objectives.
• Provide governance, risk management and timely national/local data reporting.
• Manage contracts and external consultancy support as required.
• Participate in on-call rota and out-of-hours leadership across sites.
