Job summary

Eastern Education Group is seeking an Executive Director of Physical Infrastructure to lead estates, infrastructure, and capital development across a large, diverse education group. You will shape long-term property strategy, oversee a substantial portfolio of campuses and facilities, and drive transformational programs ensuring safety, compliance, sustainability and high-quality teaching environments.

Qualifications

Executive leadership experience in estates, infrastructure, property or capital development within a large organisation.
Credible, influential and commercially astute leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead development of the group's long-term infrastructure strategy.
Oversee a substantial property portfolio across campuses and facilities.
Drive major capital investment programmes and estate transformation projects.
Collaborate with CEO, Board and Executive Leadership Team to enable educational excellence.
