Education Partnership North East (EPNE) is seeking an Estates Technician at Ashington Campus to help operate the College's estates and facilities. You will assist with general site upkeep, basic maintenance, room setups, waste management and safety compliance across sites.

The role requires a practical, proactive individual with a UK driving licence, able to cover shifts between 06:00 and 23:00 and travel between campuses as needed. A positive, team-oriented approach is essential.

Competenze

• Valid UK driving licence and the ability to travel between sites.
• Flexibility to cover a shift system between 06:00 and 23:00.
• Experience in estates, facilities or maintenance is beneficial.
