The Constabulary’s buildings and estate play a critical role in delivering policing across the County. The Estates and Facilities team aim to transform the estate to be smaller, better, greener. We are seeking an Estates & Facilities Technical Support Officer to support this transformation.

Role Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Serve as the main contact for faults and repairs, prioritizing urgent works
  • Review and manage the Estates Repairs Helpdesk
  • Develop trend reports for demand forecasting and budgeting
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards
  • Provide technical guidance to site officers and managers
  • Conduct site visits to oversee quality of works
  • Assist with building management systems and water hygiene testing
  • Manage risk assessments and contractor documentation

We seek proactive, solution-focused individuals with a practical, flexible approach. You should be organized, collaborative, and able to prioritize effectively. A full UK driving license is required.
