South Holland District Council is looking for a Business Systems Support Officer.

  • Supporting residents to maintain safe, secure, and comfortable homes
  • Working closely with communities to understand their needs and improve neighborhoods
  • Helping plan repairs and improvements that make a real difference
  • Listening to tenants’ voices and ensuring they’re heard
  • Driving positive change through projects, partnerships, and innovation

Your work may involve being out on estates, solving problems, or helping shape future housing strategies, with a lasting impact. The role includes involvement in technical projects and administrative tasks such as handling FOI requests, performing year-end processes, and compiling statistical data. You will need the drive and commitment to help transform our Housing Service, providing performance monitoring, system maintenance, training, and administrative support.

What we are looking for:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and previous office administration experience
  • A proven track record of decision-making and responsibility
  • Strong analytical skills for report production
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse audiences

Previous experience with software administration (particularly NEC Housing) is beneficial, but training can be provided.
