Qualifications

• Previous experience managing site teams.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Experience carrying out Health & Safety checks and maintaining records.
• Knowledge of fire safety legislation.
• Strong IT and spreadsheet skills.
• Experience working within a multi-site environment.
• Valid full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle for site travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Estates in delivering the estate management strategy across all sites.
• Implement new initiatives and support the delivery of projects.
• Line-manage site supervisors/supervisory teams and coordinate site projects.
• Maintain regular liaison with contractors and manage ongoing project updates.
• Make decisions on Health & Safety, perform spot checks, risk assessments, and produce reports.
• Support operational delivery of catering, waste disposal/recycling, and sustainability initiatives.
