Job summary

University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust in Hanley is recruiting a full-time Estates Engineering Maintenance Assistant (Band 2) at Royal Stoke Hospital. The role is permanent, 37.5 hours per week, with an 8% recruitment and retention premium.

You will perform maintenance and repairs across hospital facilities and work within a large team to ensure high service levels and support other tradesmen in the Estates Department.

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering maintenance repairs.
• Effective team worker with ability to support other tradesmen within Estates Department.
• Willingness to contribute to a high level of service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and repairs to hospital facilities.
• Provide cross-trade support within the Estates Department and collaborate with the Retained Estates Team.
