Job summary

Notting Hill Genesis is seeking an Estates professional to manage cleaning and grounds maintenance contracts, ensuring services meet contractual requirements and drive high standards across our estates in London.

You will lead Caretakers and the wider Estates team, monitor contractor performance, and support compliance with Fire Risk Assessments and safety procedures to maintain safe, attractive environments for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management, project management or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Manage cleaning and grounds maintenance contracts to ensure services are delivered effectively, efficiently and in line with contractual requirements.
• Build strong relationships with contractors, residents and stakeholders, ensuring issues are identified and resolved promptly.
• Lead and support Caretakers, Estates Officers and the wider Estates team, ensuring workloads are managed effectively and resources are deployed appropriately.
• Monitor contractor performance using data, inspections and feedback to identify improvement opportunities and drive higher standards.
• Support the delivery of estates compliance activities, ensuring actions arising from Fire Risk Assessments are completed accurately and on time.
• Carry out site visits and inspections, working with colleagues and contractors to maintain safe and attractive environments for residents.
• Ensure KPIs, policies, procedures and compliance requirements are consistently met across the service
