Job summary

Jigsaw Homes Group in Nottinghamshire is seeking a dedicated Estates Services team member to support Housing for Over 55s. You will perform general cleaning of communal areas and ensure clean, safe, and welcoming environments for residents and visitors.

You will also prepare guest rooms and bedding for visiting customers, manage stock orders and conduct regular stock checks, with onsite support staff. A keen eye for hygiene and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• A reasonable level of literacy and numeracy to interpret risk assessments.
• Ability to work independently and with onsite support staff.
• Commitment to excellent customer service and maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene.
