Job summary

Southern Housing is seeking reliable Estate Services Cleaners to maintain clean, safe and welcoming communal spaces for residents. You will work across internal and external areas, report health and safety issues, and perform hands-on cleaning tasks with provided equipment.

You will be part of the Estate Services team, supporting housing services and partnering with residents to ensure properties are well maintained and safe for everyone to enjoy.

Qualifications

• Experience undertaking cleaning duties (communal or similar environments).
• Experience of working alone and as part of a small team.
• A basic understanding of health & safety and safe systems of work.
• The ability to undertake physically demanding tasks.
• You must hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a consistently high quality cleaning service across internal and external communal areas.
• Identify repairs or health and safety issues and log them as required.
• Carry out cleaning duties using the tools, machinery and equipment provided.
• Work flexibly as part of the Estate Services frontline team in housing environments.
