Role: Spaces and Places Team Member

You will be working across the Spaces and Places Team undertaking a range of cleaning and estate maintenance tasks to ensure that we maintain safe places for people to live and work. Duties include:

1. General cleaning
2. Window and gutter cleaning
3. Grounds maintenance
4. Compliance testing
5. Fly tipping removal

About You

We’re looking for someone with a high attention to detail to provide a clean and sanitized environment for our properties and offices.

You must have reliable timekeeping and punctuality.

You must be willing to challenge those involved in fly tipping and dumping in communal areas.

You must be willing to learn new skills and undergo training.

Basic IT knowledge and skills are required.
