Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Estates and Facilities Management Admin Team member to support our busy Helpdesk and provide reception cover at the Centre for Women's Health, Heavitree and the Main Reception.
You will be the professional point of contact for staff, patients and visitors, delivering a responsive, customer-focused service and directing enquiries to the right teams.
As a member of the Estates and Facilities Management (EFM) Admin Team, you will play a key role in supporting our busy Helpdesk service and providing reception cover at the Centre for Women's Health, Heavitree and Main Reception. You will be a professional and responsive point of contact for staff, patients, visitors and service users across the Trust.
The Helpdesk is the central point of contact for Estates and Facilities enquiries and service requests. You will provide a professional, responsive and customer focused service, offering support and guidance to staff, patients and service users, ensuring enquiries are resolved promptly or directed to the appropriate team for action.
This is a varied and fast-paced role requiring excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. You will be expected to manage telephone calls, emails, service enquiries, reception duties and administrative tasks simultaneously whilst maintaining a high standard of customer service and attention to detail.
