Job summary

AWE seeks an exceptional leader to define and drive the long-term strategic direction of the estate with full accountability for infrastructure development. The role is fully onsite at RG7 4PR and supports major investment programmes across critical environments.

You will lead estate investment, renewals and governance, shaping future estate requirements and ensuring delivery to time, cost and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading estate, infrastructure or investment programmes.

Responsibilities

• Setting the strategic direction for infrastructure development and estate investment across AWE.
• Leading the planning and delivery of estate investment and renewal programmes.
• Providing expert guidance to the Estate Strategy and Planning Director.
• Engaging with business leaders to develop and maintain estate strategy.
